So you have your marketing system in place and its chugging along and you are generating leads.
That’s fantastic! Now you are ready for prospecting and recruiting.
And some of your leads are leaving phone numbers for you to call them. Even better!
Reach out to them through your newsletter or even better give them a call.
But will these people be a good fit for your business?
Watch the video as I go over 5 qualities you should look for when recruiting people into your business. Not only should you be looking for these qualities but you should be projecting them out yourself.
A great way to remember them is with the 5 finger rule.
Thumb: Thumbs up! You look for people with a positive, good attitude.
Index finger: Direction. Look for people who have a plan and vision already in place for their business.
Middle finger: Attitude! We know a lot of people use this finger to show how they feel. Showing your attitude and being authentic is the best way to attract the right kind of people to you.
Ring finger: The ring finger is connected to our heart. Show your heart, show you care. People will feel this and will be more likely to show up in your business.
Pinky finger: Pay attention to detail. Sometimes it is the small tweaks we make in our business that will have the biggest impact.
Remember these rules when you are networking, prospecting and recruiting. It will make for a more enjoyable business experience.
